Terms of Service

1. Service. Macedon provides Discord automation features. You must comply with Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age of digital consent in your region.
3. Accounts & Guilds. You are responsible for actions taken in your Discord servers.
4. Plans & Billing. Pro costs $20/month per Discord server. Auto-renews until cancelled. Refunds are case-by-case.
5. Acceptable Use. No harassment, spam, illegal content, phishing, or attempts to bypass limits.
6. Data. We store minimal data: guild IDs, plan status, and usage counters. See Privacy Policy.
7. Termination. We may suspend/terminate access for violations or abuse.
8. Liability. Provided “as is” without warranties. Liability limited to fees paid in last 3 months.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
